Oxford-based chef Becky sources the freshest local ingredients to create platter boxes, grazing tables and custom catering.

Becky’s an Oxford-based caterer who loves everything related to food and is totally passionate about what she does. Becky is a qualified chef and has over 20 years of experience in the industry and works out of her Waimakariri District Council-registered kitchen.

Tell us about your business? The idea of starting CaterB came out of being a full-time, stay-at-home mum to our beautiful boy and when he started school, I knew the timing was right for me to get my knives back out and start doing what I’m so passionate about, but I also needed to have the flexibility to be available for our son.

I started exploring the options and decided to work on getting our kitchen signed off at home and once that was all signed off, I began creating. At CaterB, we source the freshest ingredients and make yummy morsels to go into the beautifully packaged platter boxes that we have available in three sizes. We also do grazing tables and custom catering.

What’s your mission for every couple who chooses your business? As CaterB is a family-owned and operated catering business, we are fully involved with the start to finish process and nothing is compromised.

We source the freshest ingredients and if it’s not good enough for us to eat then we definitely won’t be serving it to our clients . We like to take the time and ask the right questions, so that our clients get exactly what they have requested.
